Free Online Class: Worldwide Meditation This class includes meditation instruction, guided meditation practice, and a question/answer session about practice of meditation. This class is intended for both beginner and experienced practitioners.

Workshop: Meditation I - Intro to meditation Learn how to meditate for better concentration, peace of mind, health, and enjoyment/satisfaction of life. Everyone is welcome even though this workshop is oriented toward beginners.

Workshop: Meditation II - Deeper into Meditation Deepen your meditation and learn new skills and techniques for better concentration, peace of mind, health, and enjoyment/satisfaction of life. Everyone is welcome even though this workshop is oriented toward more experienced meditators.

Workshop: The Journey I - Asking Important Questions What makes our life successful and worth living? Seeking material gain, fulfilling relationships and love, seeking the ultimate truth within?

Workshop: The Journey II - What do I really want? We will sit with each other feeling our own deep self, sharing our feelings and thoughts with each other - looking deeper within for what we need to be more fulfilled, happy, and purposeful in our life.

Workshop: The Journey III - Are we really ready for transformation? What is required for transforming oneself away from ordinary, boring existence to a happy, fulfilled, purposeful life? Time commitment? Regular meditation practices? Life style changes? Change in attitude? Discipline?

Workshop: Vajra I - Intro to Tantra/Vajra/Aghora Learn how to use both positive and negative events in your life for spiritual development. Good or bad things that happen to us are messages from the Universe that is alive. The Universe is using us to experience Itself. If we connect with this deep Truth we begin to experience a special harmony in our life that leads to extraordinary happiness and satisfaction with our life.

Workshop: Vajra II - Spiritual Warrior Path When a practitioner recognizes his or her basic duality a great battle ensues -- a battle between ordinary and extraordinary selves. Learn how to survive through this period and establish yourself in the Sacred and Eternal -- leading to extraordinary happiness, meaning, and abilities.

Registration To register send a check (click for our mailing address) or a PayPal payment (click here, enter the amount, and mention the date of the event in the memo field of the payment). A PayPal account is not necessary to make a payment. If an events is scheduled through EventBrite, Eventbot, or Acteva, then follow those links as indicated. To register for a free event either email us your name and date of the event (click for our contact information) or if you wish to offer a tax-deductible donation send a check or a PayPal payment in an amount of your choice (see instructions above), and mention the date of the event in the memo field of the payment.

Locations At this moment our workshops are being scheduled in Fredonia, Buffalo, Erie, Toronto, Salt Lake City, Sacramento, Philadelphia, New York Metro areas. We are open to new locations -- please contact us for details.
