Online certification and minister ordination program
The aim of the program is to provide certification and minister ordination for Modern Seers students. The program is designed from the start to balance rigor, value, simplicity, and meaningfulness to your personal process.
Modern Seers teachings stem from Advaita Tantra Yoga philosophy, psychology, and spiritual practices as taught by Dr. Anatole Ruslanov. To learn more, click here.
Minister ordination: This training is intended to create well-qualified individuals who understand the philosophy and psychology behind the teachings of Modern Seers organization and can explain it to others. As a minister of Modern Seers, you will be a spiritual teacher credentialed to teach basic meditation techniques, organize and lead meditation groups (congregations), and conduct weddings, funerals, baby naming (baptisms), and other similar ceremonies that involve a blessing. You will be legally credentialed as ordained clergy (substantial tax benefits in the USA). The minister ordination program is also intended to be the first part of Acharya Training -- for people who wish to become lineage holders in Modern Seers tradition and be able to give initiations.
Certifications: Our certification program is intended for individuals who wish to grow personally and to expand their spiritual horizons. If you desire a directed study, you can take any module (course) in the minister ordination program and receive a certificate on completion. Feel free to complete as many modules on their own as you like, receive the certificates, and then complete the remaining required modules when ready and become an ordained minister.

Contents of the program
The program consists of 4 required modules and 2 elective modules of your choice. Each module is intended to be similar to a graduate-level course but its focus is more experiential rather than academic. You are welcome to study these self-directed modules in any order. Each module will be customized to fit individual abilities, needs, and wishes of students.
For each module, you will be asked to write 5 substantial papers. These papers should be meaningful to your inner process and should benefit your inner work. For example, you may write the papers as a letter to your teacher, children, friend, or yourself -- or the papers may be chapters of your future book, blog entries.
Each module includes one 60-90 minute coaching session with Dr. Anatole (in person or by telephone). The session may be split in two. Short 10-15 minute consultations and email support is free.
There is no residency requirement and there is no requirement of personal spiritual practice such as meditation and prayer. However, attending several retreats with Dr. Anatole during the training as well as developing a personal spiritual practice is highly recommended.
The cost
The cost of ordination is $1250 if you prepay for the entire training (6 modules). Each module can be taken individually for $250. Prepaying will save you $250!
Special: While we are working on minor details of the program, we are offering a special $975 rate for the entire ordination training. This is an additional saving of $275 -- for the total saving of $525! If you wish to be ordained, this is your special chance, for the offer is not expected to last long. You may also take individual modules at a reduced rate of $200 per module during this special time.
We also offer need- and merit-based scholarships.
How to apply
To apply for the ordination training write a 1-2 page letter/essay that states your intention to apply and describes why you wish to pursue the ordination and how you believe it of benefit to you and others. Attach a good-quality photocopy of a valid picture identification to the letter. Your passport, driver license, or state identification card are all acceptable forms of ID. The ID must include your date of birth. A full payment for the first module or a full payment for the entire ordination training if you wish to save by prepaying must be included with your application. Important rules
- All communication in person, by email, and telephone only. No postal mail.
- The modules can be completed in English or in Russian -- or a mixture of the two languages. The certificate will be in English only.
- Your diploma or certificates will be sent to you upon completion of all requirements and full payment.
- We will maintain a list of authorized ministers. You are automatically authorized on your ordination. However, in order to maintain the quality of our ministers, each minister ordained through our program must complete one additional module or arrange for an equivalent work every two years to maintain his or her ordination.
- Additional certificates can be ordered for $15.
- Additional diploma (ordination credential) can be ordered for $25.
- Only individuals of sound mind will be ordained.
- We do not refund tuition already paid.
