Questions about meditation/sadhana
Meditate 30 minutes or so and then continue if you feel like it and you have time. Traditionally, the hour around sunrise and sunset are considered best. But this is not important. What is important is regularity and doing it at a particular time to help develop a habit. The order of practice does not matter unless you have been formally initiated into pranayama practice, in which case you will do asanas last. |
